SMS Consent for Business Owners

Businesses that use the NAINAI service may receive operational SMS alerts related to incoming customer calls and service requests. These messages may include urgent service alerts, new lead notifications, and scheduling updates.

By signing up for the NAINAI service and providing a mobile phone number, the business owner consents to receive these operational SMS notifications.

SMS Messaging Disclosure

NAINAI and participating HVAC business may send transactional/operational SMS messages related to active service requests (not marketing). Businesses that use the NAINAI service may also receive SMS alerts regarding inbound customer calls, urgent service inquiries, and appointment requests captured by the NAINAI AI receptionist. Examples include: confirmation your request was received, scheduling follow- ups, appointment updates, and urgent inquiry follow-up instructions (when applicable).



SMS Consent for Customers

Customers opt in to receive SMS notifications during an inbound phone call with the business. During the call, the NAINAI AI receptionist asks the caller for consent before sending any text messages by stating:

"Do you consent to receiving SMS notifications from this number regarding your service request? Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out."

SMS messages are only sent if the caller clearly provides consent. If the caller declines or their response is unclear, no SMS messages are sent. Message frequency varies by service activity (typically 1-4 per request, up to 6 in rare cases). Message & data rates may apply.
