NAINAI uses SMS messaging to support its AI-powered call answering and dispatch-notification service for locksmith and home service businesses. This page explains how SMS consent works and what kinds of messages may be sent.

1. Operational & Transactional Only

NAINAI sends operational and transactional SMS messages only. We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising SMS through this service.

2. What Messages You May Receive

SMS messages from NAINAI may include:

Demo booking confirmations and follow-ups
Account setup and onboarding messages
Service request and call notifications
Job alerts (sent to business owners)
Caller confirmations (sent to consenting callers)
Urgent lockout notifications
Job summaries
Appointment request follow-ups
Other service-related notifications

3. How Opt-In Works

Business owners

Owners opt in to operational SMS during onboarding when they provide their business phone number and agree to receive job alerts and service-related notifications.

Callers

Callers may opt in during the phone call when asked if they agree to receive a text update. If a caller declines, no confirmation text is sent.

4. Message Frequency

Frequency varies based on service activity and inbound call volume.
A caller who consents may receive 1–4 messages per service request.
Business owners may receive additional operational alerts depending on call volume.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NAINAI does not charge separately for SMS, but standard carrier rates may.

6. Opting Out & Help

Reply STOP to any NAINAI message to opt out of operational SMS at any time.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy commitment: No mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used only to provide operational and transactional messaging related to NAINAI services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network conditions and carrier policies.
