These Terms of Service govern the use of NAINAI’s AI-powered receptionist services.

By interacting with NAINAI or a participating HVAC business using NAINAI, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Service

NAINAI provides automated call handling, information capture, urgency detection, scheduling coordination, and operational notifications on behalf of participating HVAC businesses.

NAINAI is not a licensed HVAC contractor and does not provide repair services directly.

No Guarantee of Service Completion

NAINAI facilitates communication between callers and participating businesses. We do not guarantee:

• Appointment availability

• Service completion

• Response times

• Pricing accuracy

Service fulfillment is the responsibility of the participating HVAC business.

SMS Terms

Transactional SMS messages may be sent in relation to active service requests.

Message frequency varies by interaction. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Call Recording

Calls may be recorded and processed for quality assurance and operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAINAI shall not be liable for:

• Service delays

• Missed appointments

• Actions taken by participating businesses

• Indirect or consequential damages

Service Availability

We strive for continuous operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availabilty.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
