These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NAINAI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using NAINAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What NAINAI Is

NAINAI provides AI-powered call answering, intake, call summaries, and operational notifications for locksmith and home service businesses. NAINAI is a software-based answering service that captures inbound calls and delivers structured information to participating businesses.

2. What NAINAI Is Not

If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact local emergency services (such as 911 in the United States).

NAINAI does not guarantee:

Service quality, call accuracy, and SMS delivery may vary based on factors outside our control, including network conditions, carrier behavior, and caller behavior.

Caller confirmation SMS: When available, caller confirmation SMS is sent only after the caller consents during the phone call and only after A2P/10DLC registration is properly set up. NAINAI does not text callers without consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NAINAI to harass, defraud, or mislead callers; to send unsolicited marketing or promotional content; to violate any applicable law; or to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

7. Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Overage minutes are billed at the rate stated on your plan. Plans may be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAINAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NAINAI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your locksmith work performed, your communications with customers, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
