1. What NAINAI Is
NAINAI provides AI-powered call answering, intake, call summaries, and operational notifications for locksmith and home service businesses. NAINAI is a software-based answering service that captures inbound calls and delivers structured information to participating businesses.
2. What NAINAI Is Not
- NAINAI is not a licensed locksmith or contractor.
- NAINAI is not an emergency responder.
- NAINAI is not a dispatcher or service provider.
- NAINAI does not provide locksmith services directly.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact local emergency services (such as 911 in the United States).
3. No Guarantees
NAINAI does not guarantee:
- Technician availability
- Exact arrival times
- Dispatch or job acceptance
- Emergency response
- Increased revenue, conversion, or job volume
Service quality, call accuracy, and SMS delivery may vary based on factors outside our control, including network conditions, carrier behavior, and caller behavior.
4. Responsibilities of Participating Businesses
Businesses that use NAINAI are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing alerts and call summaries promptly
- Contacting customers and confirming service
- Confirming, scheduling, and dispatching jobs
- Pricing all services
- Performing all locksmith and related work
- Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including licensing
5. SMS Terms
- Message frequency varies based on service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of operational SMS at any time.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
- NAINAI does not send promotional or marketing SMS through this service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NAINAI to harass, defraud, or mislead callers; to send unsolicited marketing or promotional content; to violate any applicable law; or to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
7. Fees & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Overage minutes are billed at the rate stated on your plan. Plans may be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAINAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NAINAI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your locksmith work performed, your communications with customers, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
